@mattias (does @ work?) It's Mac McCaughan from Superchunk's side project. I don't know why but that album really stayed with me - and I still revisit it yearly, 20 years later. Also, I really love Mac's imperfect indie voice. The first 4 songs are all 10/10 ("I wanna know girls" being the most "famous") + Registered Ghost.
